replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed: valid only for the event and seat for which issued.
My ticket will be held at the will-call on the night of the event. I realize that all seats
assigned from orders through this form will be on a "best available" basis, except where
listed as general admission.  I also understand that there is a $1.00 convenience charge per
ticket ordered.

Note: Any orders without the above waiver checked may be deemed void at the discretion
of Premier Centre for the Arts. Tickets will be held at the box office for pick up. The box
office opens 1 hour prior to curtain. Doors open approxiamately 15 minutes prior to
curtain.
Online ticket orders will NOT be accepted 24 hours prior to the
event.  In this case, please call the box office at 302-378-1384 to
inquire about availability. Walk-up will open one hour prior to
show time.
