-From time to time, PCA will photograph events and classes for promotional
purposes.
-30 days written notice is required should a student wish to withdraw from
class. The student is responsible for all tuition up through the end of my 30
days written notice. There are no refunds or credits for tuition.
-A $20 late fee will be charged for all tuition paid after the 10th of each month
and that a return check fee is $35.
-There is absolutely no video recording or photography permitted at any PCA
performance. Failure to comply with this policy will result in ejection from the
event without a refund.
-PCA reserves the right to transfer a student to another class or to dismiss a
student for poor progress and/or attendance or failure to comply with PCA
policies.
-Recital participation is a requirement of PCA programs. Students not
participating in recitals will not be permitted to register for future classes.
-There will not be makeup lessons for private lessons missed by the student.
Make-up lessons will be provided for private lessons missed in the event of
inclement weather or cancellation by the teacher.
-Class cancellations may occur if a class fails to reach the minimum number of
required students. Should PCA cancel a class, students may choose another
class or receive a full refund. PCA reserves the right to change or re-assign an
instructor for a class.
-Inclement Weather – You may call PCA and a phone message will indicate if
classes are cancelled.

Performance Based
At PCA, we focus our educational program on nurturing a well-rounded
performer. Performance-based means that the student will not only receive
instruction rooted in strong technique but they will also be given opportunities
to perform. PCA students have participated in over 100 student
performances over the past year. Art in any form is meant to be displayed to
the public and PCA will be a place where students have the opportunity to
display their work. We continue to look forward to shaping the performing
artists of today and tomorrow.
